Annual dues shall be such as determined by the Board of Directors. The membership shall be November 1 through October 31 of the following year. Dues shall be delinquent after February 1, at which time the delinquent member may be suspended by the Board of Directors. Dues may be changed by a vote of the Board of Directors.
