Public Comment Period on Trigger Level
Rulemaking Extended to February 23, 2010

DEQ received and approved a formal request to extend the comment period for the proposed trigger level rule. The extension will provide an additional 21 days for the public to submit written comments on this topic to the Department. This extension will close on February 23, at 5:00 p.m. (PST).
