Position Overview
Eagle Point Golf Club is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Technician to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team. This position plays a key role in maintaining championship-level course conditions through proper turf care, chemical and fertilizer applications, and daily golf course maintenance operations.

While the primary responsibility will be turf chemical applications, this role is also a hands-on maintenance position that assists with all aspects of golf course operations including mowing, irrigation, landscaping, and course setup. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in turf management, agronomy, and working in the golf industry.

Primary Responsibilities
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and other turf care products safely and accurately
• Calibrate and maintain spray equipment
• Maintain accurate records of chemical and fertilizer applications
• Follow all state and safety regulations related to pesticide handling
• Assist with integrated pest management and turf health programs
General Golf Course Maintenance Duties
• Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
• Irrigation system monitoring and minor repairs
• Bunker maintenance and daily course setup
• Landscaping and trimming around clubhouse and course features
• Assist with aerification, topdressing, and other agronomic practices
• Safely operate golf course maintenance equipment

Qualifications
• Experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, agriculture, or turf management preferred
• Oregon Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow application guidelines
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong team mindset
Preferred (Not Required)
• Previous spray technician experience
• Knowledge of turfgrass management
• Irrigation troubleshooting experience
• Interest in pursuing a career in golf course agronomy
