Overview:
Stone Creek Golf Club is seeking a dedicated, skilled golf course equipment manager to join our team. You will run a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for our fleet of turf equipment, vehicles and specialized mowers.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repair – Diagnose, adjust and repair mechanical defects in gas, diesel, and electric turf equipment, tractors, utility vehicles and light trucks.

Preventive Programs – Execute a strict preventive maintenance schedule including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and lubrication.

Reel Mowing Care- Expertly sharpen, grind, backlap, and adjust cutting reels and bedknives to exact specifications.

Shop management – Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance shop. Manage inventory, and order parts.

Record Keeping – Keep detailed service, parts, and repair cost logs for every machine in the fleet.

Qualifications:

Proven mechanical experience working on small engines, heavy diesel and complex hydraulic/electrical systems.

Strong Knowledge of the theory, care, and operation of turf grass maintenance equipment.

Ability’s to weld, fabricate, and safely use shop tools.

3 Years of golf course/green industry mechanic experience is preferred

Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 Salary DOE, negotiable
