2025 Pest Management Webinar Series

Welcome to the Virtual Pest Management Education Program!
This year’s event will be held over 4 days, Tuesday and Wednesday, December 2-3 & 9-10, 2025 in 3-hour sessions. Join us for one or all four sessions and hear presentations from leading industry professionals.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
PLEASE READ ALL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY
WHAT IT IS:
- 4 three-hour webinar sessions each begin at 9:00am Pacific Time running Tuesday and Wednesday the weeks of December 2-3 & 9-10
- You may choose to skip daily sessions—However you will only receive credits for each session attended in FULL
- Early registration fee is $120 for the series. After November 24 the fee will increase to $140
SIGNING UP:
- ONLINE registration is preferred. If you need to pay with a check via invoice option, email ogcsa@ogcsa.org with complete registration information.
- EACH attendee will need to register individually with their OWN UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS. You CANNOT use the same email for multiple attendees.
- You will be required to enter your state pesticide license number on the registration screen. If you do not have a license number enter “NA”.
- Upon payment you will receive an email confirmation with the webinar series link. This link is unique to you and cannot be shared. Please add it to your online calendar.
- You will receive reminder emails with your webinar links & information.
IN THE SEMINAR:
- Each attendee will need to join the webinar on their own device.
- Please review Webinar Best Management Practices to ensure that your device and internet connection will work properly.
- You MUST be logged on the ENTIRE time and answer polling questions when prompted to receive credit. If you miss polling questions or leave the webinar early, you will not receive credit for that session. Webinars will be audited by state authorities.
- There will be two 10-minute breaks during each session.
- In the webinar you will not need access to a webcam you will be in listen only mode.
- You will have the ability to ask questions during the webinar through the chat feature— you may also send questions in ahead of time to ogcsa@ogcsa.org.

- APPROVED – 12 Oregon Pesticide Recertification Credits – 3 Credits will be given per daily session attended in full
- DAY 1, DEC. 2nd – Credits Approved ( Core:1 Other:2 )
- DAY 2, DEC. 3rd – Credits Approved ( Core:2 Other:1 )
- DAY 3, DEC. 9th – Credits Approved ( Core:2 Other:1 )
- DAY 4, DEC. 10th – Credits Approved ( Core:2 Other:1 )
- APPROVED – 12 Washington Pesticide Recertification Credits – 3 Credits will be given per daily session attended in full
- APPROVED – 12 Idaho Pesticide Recertification Credits – 3 Credits will be given per daily session attended in full
- APPROVED – 1.2 GCSAA Education Points – .30 Points will be given per daily session attended in full
- APPROVED – 12 ORLCB Continuing Education Hours – 3 Hours will be given per daily session attended in full
